Having already established a foothold in the northern region, Asiabina is ready for the next frontier: the Klang Valley.
With a gross development value of RM380 million, the 50-storey freehold One Seputeh Residences will offer 383 units in six layouts, with built-ups of 657 to 982 sq ft, as well as five penthouse units that come in built-ups of 1,611 to 1,820 sq ft. The selling price ranges from RM734,790 to RM2.03 million.
