Barcelona set to leave the Camp Nou again
FC Barcelona plans to temporarily vacate the Spotify Camp Nou stadium again for the first half of the 2027-2028 season. The move is necessary to allow for the installation of the stadium's roof, which requires heavy machinery to be placed on the pitch.

La Liga champions Barcelona have put in place plans to depart the club's beloved Spotify Camp Nou ground for the latest time next year.
These plans were recently made public by Blaugrana treasurer and economic vice-president Ferran Olive.
Barcelona are of course not long back at the Camp Nou. After initially closing their stadium for long overdue renovations in the summer of 2023, the Catalans pencilled in a return date late in 2024.
This comeback was ultimately pushed all the way to November of last year, however, as a result of a string of unforeseen delays.
