Van Viet Truong, 60, was allegedly attacked outside his grocery shop on Saturday and died four days later.
A 12-year-old boy and two 14-year-old girls who are facing a number of charges including affray and intentionally causing serious injury have been granted bail. A 15-year-old boy charged with manslaughter remains in custody.
The youths, who were ordered to adhere to strict curfews and not to contact one another, will appear again in court later this month.
