Auto fares in Telangana go up: minimum is ₹30, ₹14 for every extra km and 1.5 times between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Telangana government has issued orders revising the charges for traveling in autos . The minimum fare for 1.6 km has been fixed at ₹30 and for each subsequent kilometre, it is ₹14.
The fares for hiring the vehicles between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. will be one-and-half times the normal rate, according to a government order issued on Friday.
The minimum basic fare until now was ₹20 and ₹11 for every extra kilometre.
