Australia Consul General commends Keralam’s anti-drug efforts and Operation Toofan

Keralam’s anti-drug campaign and Operation Toofan received appreciation from the Australian Consul General in Chennai, Silai Zaki, during a meeting with Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala in Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday.

During the meeting, Mr. Chennithala briefed the Australian Consul General on the State’s initiatives to combat drug abuse and provided details about Operation Toofan.

According to an official release, various development projects in Keralam were also discussed during the meeting.

Australian Vice Consul Kat Knapp also attended the meeting.
