Kasper Hogh missed the Falkirk match and won’t return for Aberdeen, while Kieran Tierney and Callum Osmand are also out.

But Callum McGregor is back, and the Celtic skipper gets straight back into 67 Hail Hail’s XI for the Aberdeen game.

With Tierney out injured, and a back-up left-back not yet signed, it will force O’Neill’s hand to play one of the centre-backs in that position.

Against Falkirk, with Liam Scales alongside Cameron Carter-Vickers at the heart of defence, Auston Trusty came on for Tierney, so it’s logical to put him there against Aberdeen.
