Aussies eligible for $500 travel voucher from today: 'First come, first served'

$500 travel vouchers are up for grabs for eligible Aussies wanting to visit central Australia. (Tourism Central Australia (TCA)) An Aussie road trip may feel like a pipe dream for many at the moment, but for hundreds of lucky adventurers, exploring the country's famous red centre may be closer than they think.
From today, eligible Aussies hoping to travel to and through Central Australia, including Alice Springs, can receive a $500 voucher to help ease the cost of travel, which can be used toward accommodation at some of the region's best caravan parks and camping spots.
There are 600 vouchers up for grabs from today, 5 September, and are available to eligible interest travellers until 30 September 2026.
