Source: Instagram On Saturday, 29 August 2026, Eva's Garden in Redhill, Limuru, will host iToka Chapter 2, the second edition of a cultural festival that blends live music, visual art, fashion and a creative marketplace into a single day of African storytelling.
Its name reaches back into local tradition: iToka is a Gikuyu term originally associated with plants used to mark land boundaries.
Organisers have deliberately reframed that meaning, describing the festival as "a space of belonging, discovery, and connection" rather than one of division or separation.
