Aubrey Plaza has sold the Los Angeles home she once shared with her late husband, filmmaker Jeff Baena, for $4.375 million, according to property records obtained by TMZ. The deal closed on Friday, with Plaza selling the property for less than the $4.7 million she and Baena paid for it in October 2022.The sale comes weeks after Plaza and actor Christopher Abbott welcomed their first child together, a baby girl, in July. Plaza was recently spotted in New York City holding their newborn after attending Abbott’s final performance in the Broadway revival of Death of a Salesman.Property struggled to find a buyerAccording to Realtor, the Spanish-style compound had initially hit the market in September 2025 for $6.5 million, around eight months after Baena died by suicide at the property in January 2025.
