African Union Commission Chairperson Mahmoud Ali Youssouf commended Morocco’s commitment to advancing joint African action during a meeting on Monday at the organization’s headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Morocco’s permanent representative to the African Union, Mohamed Arrouchi, was present during the meeting, according to Morocco’s Press Agency (MAP).
Youssouf commended Morocco’s “constructive engagement and valuable contributions” to the African Union’s work during discussions on strengthening cooperation across the continent.
