Newstalk ZB travel correspondent and blogger Megan Singleton captured the moment yesterday on an international flight to New Zealand.
The crew produced a guitar and performed the well-known and loved Kiwi anthem Tūtira Mai Ngā Iwi .
“It was such a fun time onboard NZ945 from Rarotonga to Auckland last night,” Singleton wrote on Instagram, where she shared the video and another of the crew performing a second song in te reo Māori.
Passengers could be heard singing with the crew.
“It was unexpected,” Singleton told the Herald.
