The initiative is expected to attract fresh investment, generate employment and support Guwahati's long-term expansion.Presenting the Budget on Friday, Finance Minister Jayanta Mallabaruah said the proposed Airport City would include commercial zones, industrial parks, residential areas and essential civic infrastructure.
