JDM and drift fans rejoice: Gameloft has announced a new seasonal update for its racing title, Asphalt Legends, titled "Touge Masters," which is scheduled for release at the end of this month as part of Update 52. This seasonal content focuses on Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) automotive culture and introduces "several mechanical and aesthetic additions to the game".
The central feature of the update is the introduction of a dedicated Drift Mode that shifts the focus from Asphalt's traditional racing to precision and style with a high-score competition format.
The new mode will be highlighted during the "JDM Turbofest" spotlight event, which runs from July 21st to August 18th. During this event, players can participate in "Drift Gates" challenges to earn event-specific currency and items.
