NEW DELHI: India moved up to fourth place in the Asian Games 2026 medal tally after a big medal-winning day on Saturday. India added five gold medals across wrestling, golf, hockey, cricket and archery to take their overall tally to 85 medals - 21 gold, 27 silver and 37 bronze.India's men's hockey team provided the final gold of the day, beating Malaysia 5-1 to retain the Asian Games title and secure a place at the 2028 Olympics.
