After what seemed like a slow start to the summer transfer window, Arsenal look to have put the wheels in motion on a number of blockbuster signings. It is understood that the north London outfit paid a fee of around £34.5million plus add-ons for the versatile centre-half's services. However, it now seems as though the Premier League champions are in pursuit of marquee signings as they prepare for the new season. Vinicius Jr has been a long-time target of Mikel Arteta's side, with links only strengthened as a result of a questionable future with Real Madrid.
