NEW DELHI: A video showing Union minister Jyotiraditya M Scindia in a sharp exchange with a resident over a long-pending road in Guna, Madhya Pradesh, has gone viral on social media, with the Congress sharing the clip and accusing the minister of showing “arrogance of power”.The exchange took place after local residents stopped Scindia’s convoy during his visit and raised concerns over the delayed road work. Residents carrying placards also raised the slogan “Road nahi to vote nahi” (No road, no vote), prompting a tense exchange between the minister and one of the residents.In the video, the resident urges Scindia to ensure the road is completed before the next election and warns that people would otherwise not vote.“This is a request that this road should be laid this time. Otherwise, when you come at the time of voting, we will not vote at all.
