Police have launched a manhunt for armed robbers who broke into an EcoCash booth in Emganwini and made off with mobile phone recharge cards US$587 and US$2,000 cash on Monday.
Bulawayo police spokesperson Nomalanga Msebele confirmed the incident.
"On July 13 at around 0745 am, the complainant, a female adult aged 21 years of Nkulumane, Bulawayo, a cashier at an Ecocash booth in Emganwini, Bulawayo, which is housed in the butchery, reported at work and found the butchery already opened,'' Msebele said.
