The phone-in programme launched by Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (APSPDCL) in November 2025 yielded 2,249 complaints so far from the nine districts under its purview, of which 1,898 were resolved.

APSPDCL chairman and managing director Siva Sankar Lotheti, who launched this outreach initiative ‘Dial Your CMD’ after taking over the reins of the Tirupati-based power distribution company last year, aggressively pursued the issues to provide speedy resolution.

“The remaining 351 complaints will be dealt with soon, as they involve provision of infrastructure facilities, preparation of estimates, court cases and other matters,” he said while reviewing complaints on Thursday.
