Apple Watch will reportedly get a big redesign, but not this year
Apple is expected to release minor updates for the Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4, including potential new ceramic case options and improved health sensors. A more significant redesign of the wearable lineup is reportedly planned for next year.

The biggest change on this year's Apple Watch might be the introduction of a white and/or gray ceramic case. Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has outlined the changes being made for Apple's upcoming wearables: the Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4. In his Sunday article, he reiterated that these devices will only receive "fairly minor upgrades," having previously tempered expectations earlier this month.He did, however, share a few new details about what some of these minor upgrades may be. According to Gurman, Apple has tested both white and gray configurations of the Apple Watch Series 12's ceramic case.
