NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim conveyed warm regards from His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, to Russian President Vladimir Putin during their bilateral meeting here on Friday (Sept 11).
"Sultan Ibrahim sends his personal regards," Anwar said.
The Prime Minister also reiterated Sultan Ibrahim's invitation to Putin to make a state visit to Malaysia.
