Authorities in Palayamkottai and Tenkasi organized various anti-drug awareness events, including sports competitions and rallies, to engage students. Officials administered anti-drug pledges to participants to promote a drug-free environment.

District Collector Anand Mohan inaugurated the anti-drug awareness sports events for school and college students at Anna Stadium iand administered the anti-drug pledge to them.
The students will showcase their skills in volleyball, football, basketball, kabaddi, silambam, 100 m, 400 m and 800 m races, long jump, high jump, shotput, chess, carrom, table tennis and throw ball.
