Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has reiterated that WA's GST deal will not change while he is in the top job.
He made the comments on his first visit to Perth since a report recommended the 2018 GST carve-up be scrapped because it only benefits Western Australia.
WA Premier Roger Cook said he and every Western Australian would be "relieved" to hear to the prime minister's words.
