<p>Anne Patricia Diaz of Tondo, Manila and Alexie Caimoso Brooks of Iloilo City have been crowned Reina Filipinas - MGI All Stars during the inaugural Reina Filipinas pageant on Friday night at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City.</p><p>The following candidates were also named runners-up: Cleopatra Barrera of Zambales (first), Isabella Ortega of Camarines Sur (second), Zeah Nestle Pala of Mandaluyong (third), Luisa Benavides of Caloocan (fourth). </p><p>Meanwhile, <a href="https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/lifestyle/content/997739/palawan-s-angelica-lopez-is-reina-filipinas-grand-international-2026/story/" target="_blank">Angelica Lopez of Palawan was crowned Reina Filipinas - Grand International 2026</a>.
