Ankrah’s lawyer denies collecting money for World Cup visas

According to Avenorgbor, Ankrah did not collect money from prospective travelers and was not involved in visa processing. Speaking on Accra-based Channel One on October 1, the lawyer said that his client was not personally present during the operations of collecting and receiving funds.
The lawyer called the allegations false and intended to damage Ankrah’s reputation. He added that the investigation should establish the circumstances of the case.
