MANILA, Philippines - Actor Anjo Yllana said he was unable to personally apologize to "Eat Bulaga" hosts Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon after they did not cross paths during a court hearing involving the P3.5-million damages case filed against him.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the Maddoxx Iconic Runway Diamond Jewelry Fashion Show on Thursday night, Anjo shared that he had hoped to see the veteran television hosts in court so he could apologize to them in person.
"Ang pagka-reach-out ko kasi yung public apology. Ngayon, hindi naman kami nagkita sa court. I was hoping na may makita ako sa court to say sorry personally," he said.
Anjo also confirmed that he plans to appeal the court's decision ordering him to pay P3.5 million in damages.
