The State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department is hiring 305 people, the State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) notification , dated Wednesday (September 16, 2026) and made public on Friday (September 18, 2026), said. It covers 147 driver operator posts, days after 158 fireman posts were notified along with 827 police constables and 171 prison warders.
Applications for all of them will be taken only on the Board’s website, https://slprb.ap.gov.in . The dates for applying and for the preliminary test will be announced shortly, the Board said in a release. What follows are the conditions for the fireman posts; the Board has not yet published those for driver operators.
