Later, speaking to the media, APCC vice-president Kolanukonda Shivaji condemned the police lathi-charge on students who were peacefully protesting at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on Monday against the growing incidents of paper leaks across the country.
He said suppressing the voice of students was against the spirit of democracy and reflected the Central government’s failure to address the concerns of the youth.
