Andhra leaders greet Modi at 76; Naidu in Varanasi to mark PM’s 25 years in office

Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday (September 17, 2026) greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 76th birthday . The BJP is marking the day with a month-long ‘ Seva Sankalp Abhiyan ‘ for his 25 years in elected office, and Mr. Naidu, who is also 76, is in Varanasi for its launch.
“As India’s longest-serving democratically elected Prime Minister, your leadership has been truly historic,” Mr. Naidu wrote on X. “Your vision of Seva, Sankalp, and Sushasan continues to inspire 140 crore citizens across the nation.” He prayed that Lord Venkateswara bless Mr. Modi with a long life “in service to Bharat”.
