Amid manhunt, Kerala Cyber police book Arjun Ayanki over post targetting CM

Amid a State-wide search for absconding history-sheeter Arjun Ayanki, the Ernakulam Rural Cyber Crime Police have registered a fresh case against him for allegedly making derogatory remarks against Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan through social media.
The case was registered based on a complaint from one Manoj Jose Azhakath. He had emailed the complaint to the State Police Chief on August 7, and it was subsequently forwarded to the District Police Chief (Ernakulam Rural).
According to the FIR, the post, allegedly published by Mr. Ayanki at 9.52 p.m. on August 5, was intended to defame the Chief Minister in public, corrupt the minds of viewers and provoke public disorder or a riot
