Samuel Hillclimber, a Massachusetts-based man who posts on Instagram as @cowboymansam, shared a video praising Indian food and its spices. In the video, he talks about how the ingredients commonly found in Indian food felt medicinal to him and claimed they helped with his asthma and allergies.But while talking about Indian spices, Samuel is seen holding a packet of aloo bhujia from an Indian brand and reading out its ingredients. “Cumin, mango powder, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon powder, turmeric powder, mint leaves,” he says, listing the ingredients one after another.
