Anchoring his reflection in Jesus’ parables of the wheat and the weeds, the mustard seed, and the yeast, Cardinal Czerny, the Prefect of the Dicastery of Promoting Integral Human Development (PIHD), said the Kingdom of heaven is not something distant or abstract but is already present among believers, requiring attention and active participation to grow.
