AMD has unveiled the Threadripper Halo Station, a high-performance workstation featuring a 96-core Ryzen Threadripper PRO processor and multiple Instinct MI350P GPUs. The system is designed for extreme computing tasks, supporting up to 576GB of GPU memory and 2TB of system RAM.

AMD has introduced the Threadripper Halo Station, a liquid-cooled workstation built around its fastest Ryzen Threadripper PRO processor and Instinct accelerators. Jack Huynh presented the system during AMD’s opening keynote at IFA 2026. He calls it the most powerful workstation on the market.
The Halo Station uses the Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9995WX with 96 Zen 5 cores and 192 threads. The processor supports eight-channel DDR5 memory and 128 PCIe 5.0 lanes. AMD has equipped the system shown at IFA with 2TB of system memory.
