The winger's three-year deal is subject to the relevant approval but Scottish Premiership club Motherwell said they had received a club record fee for the 26-year-old's move.
"Despite this being a new club-record fee for the club, the overall fee will remain undisclosed under the terms of the agreement with Swansea," Motherwell said.
