It seems a home is easy to buy but difficult to sell, even when you are a celebrity. Alec and Hilaria Baldwin's expansive Hamptons estate is back on the market for the fifth time, with a new agent, fresh photos and a surprising Marilyn Monroe connection, as per a report by realtor.com. The five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom property was taken off the market on July 8, following multiple price decreases and has not returned with the same lowered ask of $18.99 million.Known as Stony Hill Farm, the estate features a picturesque primary residence that spans across 8,556 square feet and sits on a 5.06-acre property, overlooking an additional 3.22 acres of agricultural reserve. Initially, the abode was put on the market for $29 million in 2022, nearly thirty years after Baldwin purchased it for just $1.75 million.
