Albay in state of calamity due to rising cases of dengue

LEGAZPI CITY - Governor Noel Rosal declared the province of Albay under a state of calamity following 14 deaths and more than 1,785 cases of dengue.Albay is the first province in Bicol declared under the state of calamity.
