In a complaint addressed to the Delhi Police Commissioner and seen by The Hindu , AISA alleged that Ms. Neha was taken away at around 5 p.m. from Ashoka Road, near the Shangri-La hotel and Jantar Mantar, by male police personnel who were not wearing name badges.
The organisation alleged that she was taken in a private Maruti Suzuki Ertiga bearing registration number ‘DL1CAH9693’ and that there was no woman police personnel in the vehicle.
