The Netherlands based Wonderful, an applied AI company for enterprise, has announced the opening of business operations in India with offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru. The company which has presence in over 30 countries has appointed Bhavik Rathod as the Managing Director for India.

The company’s co-founder and CTO Roey Lalazar told journalists in Mumbai that the company will be hiring in “hundreds” to serve the Indian market. Wonderful India said it will build teams across Forward Deployed Engineering, Deployment Strategy and Go-to-Market functions.

The company will cater to enterprises across key sectors, including telecommunications, banking and financial services (BFSI), media, healthcare and retail in India.

“Indian enterprises are moving quickly from exploring AI to identifying where it can deliver measurable business value. As organisations look to scale successful deployments, they need partners who can work alongside their teams and execute at speed,” said Bhavik Rathod, Managing Director, Wonderful.
