NEW DELHI: The first-ever Corps Commander–level meeting between India and China in the eastern sector was a two-day engagement, marking a milestone in bilateral efforts to maintain peace along the Line of Actual Control (LAC).“The first highest military Corps Commander–level flag meeting took place on Sept 6 at Wacha on the Indian side in Arunachal Pradesh and then the second meet happened at Damai on the Chinese side on Sept 7,” MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said.
