AGC returns Shuhaily probe paper to cops

PETALING JAYA: The Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) has referred the investigation paper into Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency (AKPS) director-general Shuhaily Zain's alleged assault of two policemen back to the police.
Attorney-General Dusuki Mokhtar said several aspects of the probe paper required further investigation, Astro Awani reported.
"(The AGC) has asked the police to take Shuhaily's statement. Several other matters need to be reviewed, including CCTV footage," he was quoted as saying.
