OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has issued a new warning about artificial intelligence, saying that technology has reached a stage which was once confined to science fiction. According to a report by Business Insider, speaking on the Relentless podcast, Altman said, “We are now, like, in the singularity,” referring to the theoretical point where AI surpasses human intelligence and begins advancing beyond human control. The latest remarks made by Altman are build on his earlier warnings that artificial intelligence could dramatically reshape the global job market.
