It’s going to be a long 10 days of Monday (Thursday?) morning quarterbacking until the Patriots play the Steelers in Week 2 on Sept. 20. That comes with the territory when you blow a 10-point second-half lead to a backup quarterback. It was a bad loss for the Patriots in Seattle, but I’m not panicking after one game, especially when head coach Mike Vrabel sat his starters for the entire preseason. I wasn’t expecting them to come out firing on all cylinders, so just because it was unnerving to watch doesn’t change the fact that there’s still a long season ahead for this team.
