(Nairobi, Kenya) — The All Ethiopian Unity Party (AEUP / MEAD) has issued a statement demanding an immediate halt to identity-targeted attacks, mass killings, and ongoing human rights abuses across the country, while urging independent legal accountability for perpetrators.
In an official press statement released on October 22, 2026, the opposition party emphasized that citizens seek an inclusive system rooted in shared citizenship, human dignity, and impartial justice rather than divisive political structures.
