Ahead of the memorial day of Tyagi Immanuel Sekaran on September 11, Tamil Nadu Law and Order Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) T.S. Anbu chaired a security review meeting in Paramakudi on Tuesday.
Held at the Paramakudi Town Police Station, the meeting brought together key administrative and police officials, including South Zone Inspector General of Police Vijayendra Bidari, Ramanathapuram Collector M. Sivaguru Prabakaran, Range DIG N. Manivannan, District Superintendent of Police G. Chandeesh, Additional Collector (Development) Divyanshhee Nigam and Paramakudi Sub-Collector Vinodhini Parthiban.
The discussions focused on maintaining public safety, deploying police patrols along major thoroughfares, regulating visitor routes and establishing robust security protocols around the Immanuel Sekaran memorial and manimandapam.
