The singer bought the 1,700-square-metre property in the gated Beverly Park community in 2022 for $58 million (£46 million). The house was originally listed for $110 million before Stallone lowered the price, according to the Los Angeles Times. The entire second floor, interior walls, and traditional Mediterranean-style exterior were removed as part of the complete rebuild. According to local property records, the original house was built in 1994 after Stallone bought the land.
