Canadian actress Christy Chung recently marked her 56th birthday with a simple backyard party surrounded by family and friends.

On Sept 19, the China-based star took to Instagram and Weibo to share multiple photos from the celebration, in which she appeared in a figure-hugging dress.

Among them were photos with her two younger daughters – Jaden, 18, and Cayla, 16 – as well as a photo of herself sharing a tender kiss with her husband, Chinese actor Shawn Zhang, whom she married in 2016.
