Actor Rajpal Yadav gets 3 months jail as HC upholds conviction in cheque bounce cases
The Delhi High Court has sentenced actor Rajpal Yadav to three months in jail for each of seven cheque bounce cases related to a debt dispute. The court also ordered significant financial restitution from both the actor and his wife.

Actor Rajpal Yadav has been sentenced by the Delhi High Court to three months' imprisonment in each of the seven cheque bounce cases arising from a Rs 9 crore debt dispute. As per the hearing which took place today, there is no relief for the actor.Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma also directed the actor to pay Rs 1.05 crore to the complainant in each case. Yadav has been ordered to pay Rs 1,04,75,000 to the complainant, along with Rs 25,000 to the State.The Court further directed his wife, Radha Yadav, to pay Rs 5,00,51,380 to the complainant in each of the seven cases.
