NEW DELHI: Abhishek Sharma celebrated his record-breaking T20I century in style on Thursday, removing his helmet, sitting on the ground and striking a meditation yoga pose after completing his hundred against Afghanistan in Delhi.The left-handed opener smashed the fastest T20I century by an Indian batter, reaching the milestone in just 30 balls during the third and final T20I at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.Abhishek smashed 11 sixes and nine fours during his 108-run whirlwind knock off just 34 balls as he broke former India captain Rohit Sharma's record for the fastest T20I century by an Indian.Rohit had scored his century off 35 balls against Sri Lanka in December 2017.Abhishek's century was also the fastest by any batter from a Test-playing nation.
