LUCKNOW: A 22-year-old woman was allegedly hit by a car and carried on its bonnet for around 20-25 metres before falling onto the road after a heated argument with a man she identified as her “boyfriend” near Janeshwar Mishra Park in Gomti Nagar Extension on Wednesday morning.The woman, Anamika, has alleged that the man, Shahnawaz Ali, had introduced himself to her as “Yash Thakur” and that she learnt his actual identity during the confrontation.A video of the incident went viral on social media, showing Anamika clinging to the bonnet of a moving car and apparently crying for help. Police arrested Shahnawaz later in the day.Argument began after woman allegedly spotted him with another womanPolice said Anamika, 22, and Shahnawaz, 26, had been in a relationship for around a year.
