A SpaceX rocket slammed into the moon this month - and a NASA spacecraft has spotted its lunar grave
NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter has captured images of a new crater on the moon caused by a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket stage impact. The crater, located near Einstein Crater, measures approximately 60 feet wide and was formed in early August 2026.
