Gachagua conveyed his condolences to the family following the death of the former judge, describing the loss of a loved one and spouse as a painful ordeal.
“I have learnt of the demise of former High Court Judge, Justice Joseph Mbalu Mutava, husband of Kibwezi East MP Hon. Jessica Nduku Mbalu, with great sadness,” Gachagua said.
In his message, the former Deputy President extended his sympathies to Jessica and her family during the period of mourning.
“Hon. Jessica Mbalu and your family, kindly accept my deepest sympathies at this difficult moment. Losing a loved one and a spouse is a painful ordeal,” he said.
